Chinese Style Fried Fettuccine with Shrimp

  • Fettuccine
  • Carrot ( sliced )
  • Celery ( sliced )
  • Prawn
  • Sesame seed
  • Oyster sauce
  • Light soy sauce
  • Pepper
  • Garlic ( chopped )
  • Sugar
  • Sesame oil


  1. Cook the fettuccine until soft and pour the water out.Add in sesame oil and stir it evenly so that the noodles will not stick together.
  2. Heat the wok and fry garlic until golden brown.
  3. Add in prawn, light soy sauce and sugar.Stir fry until the prawn half cooked.
  4. Add in celery and carrot and cook until the vegetables cooked.
  5. Pour the noodles into the wok and add in oyster sauce, pepper and sesame seed.
  6. Stir fry until dry.
  7. Dish out and serve hot.

Can garnished with chopped spring onions and shallot crispy before serve.
