Methods:-
- Cook the fettuccine until soft and pour the water out.Add in sesame oil and stir it evenly so that the noodles will not stick together.
- Heat the wok and fry garlic until golden brown.
- Add in prawn, light soy sauce and sugar.Stir fry until the prawn half cooked.
- Add in celery and carrot and cook until the vegetables cooked.
- Pour the noodles into the wok and add in oyster sauce, pepper and sesame seed.
- Stir fry until dry.
- Dish out and serve hot.
Optional:-
Can garnished with chopped spring onions and shallot crispy before serve.
