After caming to States, I'm addicted to use spices and herbs for my daily meals.
This is because adding spices and herbs actually makes the food healthier.
Today recipe for my lunch is Tomato, Garlic & Basil grill chicken.
- Pour some cooking oil into the baking pan.
- Marinate the chicken with the ready mixed spices and add in lemon juice.
- Marinate half an hour or more before grill or bake.
- Pre heat the oven to 400 degree F and bake for 25 minutes.
Ready to serve!
