Chinese Five-Spice Fried Chicken @ Pork

  • Chicken @Pork ( sliced into small pieces )
  • Oyster sauce
  • Sugar
  • 5- spice powder
  • Cooking oil

Marinate the chicken or pork with all ingredients for minimum of half an hour before deep frying.

Heat the wok with cooking oil and deep fry the chicken @ pork until cooked.

( optional: Baked in pre heat oven at 400 degree F for 20-25 minutes )
