Chinese Five-Spice Fried Chicken @ Pork
Ingredients:-
Chicken @Pork ( sliced into small pieces )
Oyster sauce
Sugar
5- spice powder
Cooking oil
Steps:-
Marinate the chicken or pork with all ingredients for minimum of half an hour before deep frying.
Heat the wok with cooking oil and deep fry the chicken @ pork until cooked.
( optional: Baked in pre heat oven at 400 degree F for 20-25 minutes )
Ready to serve!! Hope you will like it!
