Fried Ginger Rice

These few days my body seem to have what chinese called "wind". Maybe is the glutinous rice problem because I ate many "Kuih Salat". Today I plan to fry ginger rice because this dish helps to get rid of "Wind" in the body and pro-mote blood circulation.

Ingredients:-
  • 1 bowl white rice
  • 50g ginger ( finely chopped )
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • pinch of pepper

Steps:-
  1. Heat sesame oil in the wok, saute ginger until fragrant.
  2. Add in rice and stir-fry, then toss in egg and mix well.
  3. Season with soy sauce & pepper, dish out.
