Ingredients:-
- 1 bowl white rice
- 50g ginger ( finely chopped )
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- pinch of pepper
Steps:-
- Heat sesame oil in the wok, saute ginger until fragrant.
- Add in rice and stir-fry, then toss in egg and mix well.
- Season with soy sauce & pepper, dish out.
