- Dried Longan
- Red Dates
- Black Dates
- Sweet Dates
- Lily Bulb
- American Ginseng
- Bai Mao Geng
- Lotus Seed
- Ji Zi
- Salt to taste
- White Corn ( Optional )
Clean all ingredients and pour into the slow cooker or Cast Iron pot.
Slow cook for 6-8 hours.
