Ingredients:-
- 2 chicken thigh, boneless ( cut into small pieces )
- 2 tbsp Hup Loong Lemon Grass powder
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Cooking Oil ( to marinate chicken )
- 1/2 bulb garlic ( minced )
- 1/3 onion ( minced )
- Cooking Oil
Note: If you are using Malaysia Turmeric powder, please reduce the quantity because Malaysia Turmeric is stronger. You have no worry if you bought your turmeric powder from Asia market in state.Steps:-
Turn off the fire when the chicken turn to dark golden colour /cooked.
