Ingredients:-
Starter dough ( mix all and set aside for 1-2 hours )
- 100 gm. plain flour
- 140 ml. water
- 1/2 tsp. instant yeast
- 100 gm. plain flour
- 100 gm bread flour
- 1 egg
- 250 ml. water
- 40 gm. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. alkaline water
- pinch of salt
- 200 gm. roasted Peanuts
- 200 gm. sugar
Remarks: For Variations, you can add in additional either cream corn, sliced banana or grated coconut.
Methods:-
- Combined starter dough and batter for pancake. Mix well and let it rest for 45 minutes.
- Heat a flat non stick pan and pour in 2 tbsp of batter into the pan and spread it evenly.
- When surface of pancake is set, sprinkle fillings and continue to cook until pancake is dry and sugar has melted.
- Fold pancake into half and serve hot.
