Ingredients:-
- Spices for grill & boil @ any favorite mixed spices
- Tilapia fish fillet
- salt ( if the spices is salt free )
- garlic ( finely chopped )
- Olive oil @ cooking oil
I found this fantastic spices during my trip to New Jersey :)
Steps:-
Marinate the fish with salt ( only if you using salt free spices )
( Optional :You also can add in a bit of black pepper and lime juice. )
Bake in pre heat oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked.
