Stir-fried Chicken with Sesame Oil & Ginger

I learned this dish from my mon during my home trip back to Penang, Malaysia. Hope you will like it as well.

Ingredients:-

1. Chicken ( I usually will removed all bone before cook )

2. Chopped Ginger ( I will use around 3 tbp )

3. 3 tsp sesame oil

4. 1/2 @1 tsp light soy sauce ( Depend on individual )

5. 1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce

6. 2 tbsp rice wine @ shoaxing Wine

7. 1/4 cup water

Method :-

1. Heat sesame oil in a non-stick wok and lightly brown the ginger.

2. Add chicken and all seasoning into wok and stir fry it.

3. Leave it cooked in the wok for 1/2 hour or more.
