Rice Vermicelli Soup @ BiHun Soup


A )

  • Pork ( finely chopped )
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar

B )

  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 gloves @ 1 gloves garlic ( finely chopped )
  • 2 @ 3 tbsp cooking oil
  • Chinese Bok Choy
  • Fish Ball @ Pork Meat Ball @ Seafood Tofu
  • Rice Vermicelli for 2 person serving

    Marinate the chopped pork with all seasoning in Ingredient A for at least 1/2 hour.
    Heat the wok with oil. Stir fry the chopped garlic until golden colour.

    Add in the chopped marinated pork and stir fry until cooked.

Pour 4 cups of water into the wok and let it boil.

Put 2 tbsp of fish sauce to taste. You can add in the rice vermicelli or bihun at the same time.
Cook the rice vermicelli or bihun until soft.
You can add in any balls that you like. I'm using Pork Meat ball and also Seafood Tofu ball. Some Bok Choy
Cook for few minutes until everything is cooked.

You can add in some fry onion crips or spring onion or cilantro before serving.(Optional)
