- 2 Tilapia fish fillet
- 5 pcs seedless Red Dates
- 10 pcs Ji Zi
- 1/2 bulb garlic ( finely chopped )
- Ginger ( finely chopped )
- 2 tsp soy souce
- 1/2 tsp sugar ( if you manage to get fresh fish, this is optional )
- 1-2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/3 cup water
Boil water to high heat level
