I still remember when I was staying at Kota Damansara, I will grab some fried banana and mamak fried chicken opposite my condo after work. I try to avoid heavy meals at night. The other reason is they are my favourite!So, today I did some fried Kuih Kodok for SB afternoon tea.
Ingredients:-
- 3 big ripe bananas
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 egg
- some water
- cooking oil for deep frying
Steps:-
Break the bananas into small parts and put all the ingredients in a bowl.Using a big spoon or hand, stir the ingredients until well blended.
Heat up a wok with cooking oil.Once the oil is heated, scoop up a spoonful of batter into a frying wok and deep fry until golden brown.
