- 1 cup rice, washed and soaked for 2 hours
- 125 @150g yam or Taro, cubed
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 shallots, sliced and fry
- 3 dried mushroom,soaked and finely chopped
- 25g dried prawns,washed and drained
- 150g chicken
- 3/4 glove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 pandan leaves, knotted
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 cube chicken stock
- 1/2 tsp sugar
Prepared the ingredients as below.
Heat oil in a wok and stir fry the chopped garlic until golden brown. Add in dried prawns and saute until fragrance.
Add in Yam or Taro and mushroom.Stir fry well.
