Pour in some olive oil and marinate for 5 minutes.
Pre heat oven to 400 degree F. Put the baking pan in the middle of the rack. Bake for 20 -25 minutes or until cooked.
Serve immediately with white rice while it's still hot.
For Teriyaki Salmon, it's simpler, you only marinate the salmon with Teriyaki sauce and sprinkle some sesame sauce.
