Ingredients:-
A )
- Pork ( finely chopped )
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
B )
- 4 cups water
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 gloves @ 1 gloves garlic ( finely chopped )
- 2 @ 3 tbsp cooking oil
- Chinese Bok Choy
- Fish Ball @ Pork Meat Ball @ Seafood Tofu
- Rice Vermicelli for 2 person serving
Methods:-
Marinate the chopped pork with all seasoning in Ingredient A for at least 1/2 hour.
Heat the wok with oil. Stir fry the chopped garlic until golden colour.
Add in the chopped marinated pork and stir fry until cooked.
Pour 4 cups of water into the wok and let it boil.
